Welcome to Outdoor Apprentice. By using our website and the integrated meeting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

    Outdoor Apprentice provides a marketplace platform that includes an integration with Google Meet to facilitate video conferencing between users. We act as a facilitator and are not a party to the actual meetings or agreements made between users.
  2. Use of Google Meet Integration
    Account Ownership: You must have a valid Google account to use the meeting features.

Permissions: By connecting your account, you grant Outdoor Apprentice permission to create and manage calendar events and meeting links on your behalf.

Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your availability and time zone settings are correct to avoid scheduling conflicts.

  1. User Conduct
    Users agree to use the meeting services for professional purposes only. Any harassment, recording without consent, or illegal activity during a Google Meet session initiated through our platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
  2. Disclaimer of Warranties
    Outdoor Apprentice provides the meeting integration “as is.” We are not responsible for:

Technical failures, service interruptions, or bugs within Google’s platform.

The quality of the video or audio during meetings.

Any loss of data resulting from the use of the Google API.

Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the meeting integration at any time without prior notice if required by Google API policy changes or technical requirements.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Outdoor Apprentice be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Google Meet integration or the conduct of other users during a meeting.
